The Layover Boston: Sunday Breakfast at Sorella’s

December 26, 2011

We were joined by Tifferoo this morning at Sorella’s, a lovely breakfast place whose veggie-packed omelets had me singing high praise to my favorite vegetarian. This time though, I wanted the Andouille sausage that my roommate had been enjoying and so I ordered the Portuguese omelet with sausage rounds, diced tomato, mushrooms, and marinara sauce.

We were also in the main dining room this time rather than the quiet upstairs where the Mayor was spotted. The walls were decorated with historical Boston photos and international travel mementos.

I don’t remember the name of Tiff’s omelet, but the asparagus was a big hit.

The hearty breakfast prepared us for our next stop: The Harpoon Brewery.
