In Toronto at least, and maybe in the rest of Canada too, milk is sold in plastic pouches, three to a bag. Consumption is facilitated by generic plastic jugs – the milk drinker places the rectangular pouch of milk into the fitted pitcher and cuts open the corner facing outward.

As you can see, Canadians also give more percentages on milk fat.
